Lessons

*CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW STUDENTS BEGINNING IN JUNE, 2019*

Private lessons are designed to meet the needs of the individual.  For those students who are beginners, I offer 30-minute lessons once a week.  Students with several years of experience who are at the intermediate or advanced level should inquire about 45 minute or 60 minute lessons.  Students are occasionally asked to participate in master classes in order to prepare for competitions and performances.  There is no extra charge for these classes.

All students must schedule a trial lesson or consultation before signing up for weekly lessons.  Please read the attachments below to find out more information and decide on the plan that best suits you or your child!

All lessons take place at Hall Piano Company, and I accept beginners through advanced students.  Lessons are available in 30, 45, and 60 minute increments depending on the student’s experience.

Lesson Policies

My child has taken lessons from Emily for 3 years and in that time, I have continued to be amazed with his progress.  The confidence he has gained shows in all his other aspects of life as well!  He said he is so glad he made the decision to start lessons.

Miss Emily is an awesome piano instructor with both of my girls. She recognizes their differences and is able to instruct uniquely to each one. She routinely communicates with me on their progress and is very honest and fair with their evaluations. Emily writes notes each week to help me or the girls guide practice and progress at home. She is the only instructor that we have had and we definitely have struck gold with her. We are most fortunate to have the opportunity to work with her.
